Senior Program Manager
Ms. Sojda has over a decade of program and project management experience specializing in Public-to-Public Partnerships, federal grant and proposal management, and Department of Defense (DoD) asset management programs. As a Senior Program Manager for SIA Solutions, Ms. Sojda provides programmatic support for the Army’s Public-to-Public Partnership and Intergovernmental Support Agreement (IGSA) programs. She is a subject matter expert for the IGSA legislative authority, supporting an $80 million-dollar program spanning four installation directorates and 75 garrisons. Prior to joining SIA, Ms. Sojda managed a $24 million-dollar interagency-agreement program for the National Science Foundation’s Division of Environmental Biology. Ms. Sojda’s expertise also includes providing research and analytical support for clients, with a focus on encroachment and compatible land use, renewable energy management, natural resource management, noise management, and strategic communication and stakeholder outreach and engagement.
Ms. Sojda is an expert facilitator, certified Project Management Professional, holds an MS in Organizational Leadership and Ethics, and served in the United States Peace Corps in Zambia from 2011-2013.
